Who is eligible to participate in USDm pre-deposit?

All users who completed registration on Sonar for the $MEGA public sale who do not reside in any of the countries on the Restricted List.

Which countries are on the Restricted List?

Afghanistan, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote D'Ivoire), Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Cyprus, Palau, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Why do you require KYC and exclude persons on the Restricted List?

Pre-deposit bridge deposits will be used to mint USDm via smart contracts (“Minting Contracts”) deployed by MegaUSD (BVI) Ltd. Due to AML laws and regulations, MegaUSD (BVI) Ltd only allows interactions with the Minting Contracts by users who are KYC'd counterparties. At the moment, MegaUSD (BVI) Ltd does not allow assets deposited from persons who reside in the Restricted List.

How many wallets can I use?

You can only participate with one wallet, and it needs to have been verified with Sonar for the $MEGA public sale.

Are there points associated with this?

Pre-depositors will get consideration towards the Rewards Campaign.

Is there a limit to how much can be deposited?

Individual deposits are uncapped and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, while the overall program limit is $250 million.

When does the pre-deposit window close?

The first of either the deposit cap being reached or just prior to MegaETH Mainnet launch.

When will I receive USDm?

After you deposit, you will receive USDm (in a 1:1 ratio) directly at the same wallet address on MegaETH mainnet day 1 without restrictions or conditions.

What are the eligible deposit assets?

Only USDC on Ethereum mainnet.

Can I withdraw my deposits before the USDm distribution?

No, you must wait for the distribution of USDm on the MegaETH Mainnet.

How will users verify their deposits?

Deposits will be visible onchain and viewable on this platform.
